our commitment

It is the responsibility of Future Childcare Training Limited to:

  • Provide all training organisers with clear and concise information about the course aims and objectives, the programme for the day, our quality assurance and principles statements, course evaluation forms, and our terms and conditions.
  • Provide the customer with a tarif outlining charges.  Where charges are reviewed, the customer will be informed in advance for the coming financial year.
  • Ensure that training is only cancelled from our side if it is absolutely unavoidable, e.g. trainers ill health, problems on route such as traffic problems or accident.  In such an event FUTURE will reorganise a date with you at your convenience and will consider meeting any costs you have incurred on the day.
  • Provide all course attendees with a package of training materials and a certificate of attendance following each training course. The materials will enable them to use their learning within their practice.  The training will be practice based.
  • Take into account new and relevant legislation and practice guidance in-line with the theme of the training course being offered.
  • Ensure we provide a high quality service.  However, if at any time you are not happy with our service, please let us know.  All comments, suggestions and compliments will be keenly received and given the highest regard.
  • Invoice for completed training and costs within 2 weeks of completion of the course.

customer commitment

It is responsibility of the training organiser to:

  • Book the training venue, make arrangements for refreshments, morning and afternoon break and lunch if provided.
  • Notify all course participants of the venue, lunch arrangements and start time as agreed with the FUTURE trainer; depending on the distance the trainer has to travel start times may differ each day.
  • Book accommodation for FUTURE trainers (if required); which should be within the locality of the training event.  The accommodation must be of an acceptable 3 star standard with private facilities, e.g. Travelodge, Premier Inn, Comfort Inn etc.  Training organisers should cover this payment themselves in agreement with the accommodation manager.   The trainer must be provided with information about location of the accommodation and what is provided e.g. dinner, breakfast etc.
  • Check that the training venue has appropriate facilities and equipment.  We will need flip chart paper and felt tip pens for all courses.  For some courses we may also need  an overhead projector, Television and video player.
  • Ensure that someone is available on the day of training  to meet the trainer to discuss practical arrangements at the venue, e.g. availability of refreshments, facilities, whether or not training materials can be left overnight during a two-day course and that the venue hosts are aware training is taking place.  The trainer will also need to be clear of any Health and Safety issues applicable to the venue.
  • Supply the trainer with a list of delegates’ names, occupations and any special requirements the delegates may have, e.g. mobility, learning, hearing impairments etc.
  • Ensure that copies of the course aims and objectives, the course programme, our Quality Assurance and Principles Statements document, and the course evaluation form are provided to all delegates prior to the course.
  • Payment of invoices for completed work must be paid in full within 28 days of invoice date.
  • Should you wish to cancel the training, if you notify FUTURE within a month in advance of the training date you will only be invoiced for half the cost, for notice of two weeks or less you will be invoiced in full.
