attend a regional course

You can find a full list of our available regional courses by clicking on either Glasgow Based Courses or Midlands Based Courses (which ever region is closest to you).

To book a place(s) on any of our regional courses you will need to download the application form below.  If you have trouble downloading the application form, please email info@futurechildcaretraining.com and we will email you a copy.

Application Form

Please return your completed application form to us either via email: info@futurechildcaretraining.com post: Future Childcare Training Limited, PO Box 4388, Rugby, CV21 9DN, or fax: 024 7654 5500.

On receipt of your application form we will contact you to confirm that your place on the course has been booked.  One month prior to the course date you will be sent a course information pack that provides you with further details of the course and the venue.  If you are able to send a cheque with your application form please make it payable to “Future Childcare Training Ltd”.  If you are unable to send a cheque with your application form we will raise an invoice and you will have 28 days from the invoice date to make the payment.

We need between 12 and 25 delegates for each of our regional courses to run.  If we need to cancel a course due to insufficient number of delegates, you will be notified two weeks prior to the course date and your money will either be refunded or we can transfer your booking to the next available course date.  Should you wish to cancel a place you have booked on a regional course, only cancellations received at least a month prior to the course dates will be refunded.
