We can offer between one and five days team building training; the length of time will depend on the team and their specific requirements. It is crucial for whole teams to attend in order for plans and decisions to be taken forward with a common understanding and with equal input.

working with parents
Most people who trained to work in the childcare settings concentrated their learning on their vocational choices, e.g. teaching, medicine, play and development, speech therapy, residential work, fostering, legislation etc. It is often not until we work within the real day-to-day setting that we realise that working with adults is often the most important and difficult part of the job. It is therefore crucial that we learn how to engage positively with parents even when there is resistance or there are difficult issues to discuss.
